We are looking for a friendly & low-key person to rent the master bedroom upstairs (room rough dimensions 16'x11'). The room is big enough for a queen size bed & a desk if you work from home. It is secured by a digit code only known by you.
Available on December 22nd. 6 months lease required.
1 male & 1 female in their 30s as roommates.
Great neighborhood, quiet and safe.
About the house: Spacious with 2 living rooms, large deck, BBQ, fenced yard.
Indoor garage spot available for an extra $50/month, for a small car or storage (truck will not fit).
We will allow 1 dog if well behaved. No cats!
NO drugs or drama, smoking outside only.
About you: respectful, clean and considerate.
$1050 rent + $100 to cover utilities.
Must be employed and provide full screening (credit score, criminal background and bankruptcy check)
