We are looking for a friendly & low-key person to rent the bedroom in the basement (rough dimensions 16'x11') / Big enough for a queen size bed & a desk, or a small coach and a TV for example / It is fully secured by a digit code / Very large closet /
The bathroom is shared with one female, but she's only home 3 days per week /
Will be available on December 28 / 6 months lease preferred /
You'll have 2 roommates (not a couple) /
About the house: Spacious, on multi-level, with 2 living rooms, large patio, BBQ, fenced yard etc. It's quiet, private and safe /
We will allow 1 dog if well behaved. No cats (allergies)! /
NO drugs or drama, smoking outside only /
About you: respectful, clean and considerate /
$890 rent + $100 to cover all utilities /
Must be employed and provide full screening (credit score, criminal background and bankruptcy check) /
