We have 2 of the 5 rooms taken by the tenant and 2 by another subtenant. This one is on the second floor. The room is large enough to fit a king size bed, and a sofa for sitting area. Bathrooms are on each floor and are shared as well as common areas like kitchen, breakfast area, and living room. Rent: $600 PER ROOM +150 for utilities, cable and Internet PER ROOM. Amenities: House also has washer/dryer for laundry facilities. Free parking in the rear of the property for residents. We have two large porches. Large kitchen, formal living room for entertaining guests and informal living room/game room for leisure/study. Subletting Lease agreement: Month to Month. It also requires a background check ($55) and proof of employment.
