The price is for a year lease. But shorter term lease is negotiable. Rent includes cold water/sewage, and garbage collection. and access to the clubhouse. Tenants pays electricity bill separately. Tenant is required to purchase renter's insurance.

Desirable qualifications: (1) Gross income per month is at least $5,100. (2) Good rental history in last two years or fair credit score. (3) No eviction history.

Pets can be considered with additional fee and monthly pet rent on a case-by-case basis. Apartment office rules on pets: (1) Each apartment unit can only have one cat and one dog. (2) The weight limit on each pet is 20 pounds.
