This property offers a detached 2 car garage and a wood shed. The backyard is fenced, has a good size patio and plenty of room for gardening. The front yard is large and open for roaming.

We haven't taken updated pictures of the interior, these are from when we bought.There have been updates to most of the appliances and gas stove in the master bedroom. We've also done some cosmetic changes in the kitchen, hallway, and downstairs master bedroom.

$3,000 per month-water/ sewer is included. Renter is responsible for all other utilities.
