There is a door opening up into the kitchen/living room and another door opening up into the bathroom. The cottage is located in the back of the property with a nice size yard with an array of fruit trees giving it a comfortable private feel. Tenant(s) will be responsible for maintaining the backyard so if you enjoy gardening you could get very creative, owners may be inclined to reimburse tenant(s) for quality improvements to the yard.

One dedicated parking space on right side of house on the gravel and an additional space off the street in front of the gravel could be used. No washer or dryer, but hook up is available.
