AVAILABILITY:

This property is primarily a vacation rental, and availability is subject to change as vacation rental bookings are made. The listing is updated weekly to reflect current availability. Vacation rental homes only accept monthly bookings from September to May; summer and peak season dates are excluded from monthly rentals.

STAY REQUIREMENTS:
The advertised rate applies only for stays within the specified date range and is subject to a minimum stay requirement of 60 days. For stays under 60 days or during peak season, the nightly market rate will apply. Monthly leases that meet or exceed 91 days are tax-exempt.

FEES:
Please note that the published monthly rate does not include refundable security deposits, taxes, linens, travel/renters’ insurance, or any other applicable and optional fees. Homes that accept pets will require a nonrefundable $400 fee per pet.

RATES & PAYMENTS:
Payments due at move-in versus monthly rental payments will be decided by the agent and will be based on the duration and total cost of the lease. A detailed breakdown of payment amounts, and due dates will be provided when the lease is drafted for signature. In the event of a discrepancy or conflict between the monthly rate stated here and the rate on an online travel site or third-party booking agent, the greater rate will apply.

QUALIFICATIONS:
All applicants and occupants aged 18 or older must complete an application for the group to be processed. Lease holder(s) must qualify independently without a co-signer in order to be approved. No Students.

Occupancy: 14.
Bedding Configuration: 2 King, 2 Queen, 2 Twin, 1 Bunk Bed (twin over twin), 1 Queen Sleeper Sofa.
Parking: Parking in the driveway for 5-6 cars depending on the size of the vehicles. Garage parking for golf carts only.
Pet Policy: Dogs welcome with a $400 nonrefundable fee per dog. Maximum of 2 dogs.
Prohibited: Smoking, RV’s, Boats or Trailers, Grills.
Mail and package delivery to the property is prohibited. There is no access to the mailbox, if wanting to receive mail you will need to open a P.O. Box.

DESCRIPTION:
This magnificent new construction home features 6 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms with two additional powder rooms that offers gorgeous ocean views. Conveniently located in the middle of Kure Beach, the public beach access is just around the corner from the home. This architecturally designed home was completed in August of 2024. As you enter you are welcomed by the by the open great room which features large windows that fill the room with natural light. The living room offers a cozy space and overlooks the stunning kitchen. There is a door that can be closed to separate the queen guest room, bathroom, and kitchen area so that the space can be used as an in-law suite if desired. There is an exterior entrance to this area for added privacy! The second guest bedroom is outfitted with a king bed and offers double closets, a private en-suite bathroom with dual vanity, walk-in shower, and provides access to the rear deck. The third guest room on this living level offers two free standing twin beds and a sizable closet. Next door is a charming bunk bedroom that includes built in twin bunk beds. The fifth and final bedroom is a queen guest room. Located close to the full bathroom at the end of the hall, this shared guest bathroom offers a combination shower tub. The top floor holds a truly special surprise that everyone will appreciate! A wonderful game room complete with entertainment options, a powder room, peek-a-boo ocean views, and a wine bar.

There are exterior security cameras located on the front of the home facing the driveway and one in the rear of the home that faces outward from the back door.
