This duplex has three levels of space, ocean views, relaxing deck space, two driveways, and beach access across the street! The first level hosts two bedrooms, a full bathroom, and the laundry area. The first bedroom has charming bunk beds (Twin/ Full) with a small stair attachment that leads to the top bunk. The second bedroom is coastal chic and has a Queen bed.

As you make your way to the second floor, you will find three additional bedrooms and two additional full bathrooms. The third bedroom has bunk beds (Twin/ Full), a small desk, and access to the outdoor deck. The fourth bedroom has a Queen bed with a tv in the room and deck access. The fifth and primary bedroom has a King bed, spacious en suite with a double vanity, and access to the outdoor deck as well. The third level of the home encompasses the common spaces including the living, dining, and kitchen areas. Beautiful blue tile catches your attention in the kitchen with upgraded appliances and countertops. The kitchen island allows for additional seating with four barstools. There is also a half bath available on this level. Lastly, the outdoor deck provides a perfect place to view the ocean and listen to the crashing of the waves.
