We have 2 bedrooms still open -- there are already 2 young women on leases so looking for 1-2 more women. It's ideal for students and young folks in their first jobs. ($700 per room, separate leases.)

Beautiful vinyl plank flooring, freshly painted walls and nice carpet in every bedroom. High ceilings and plenty of windows and light. Living room features sleek, modern couch, loveseat and a large flat screen TV and a balcony.

The kitchen has a breakfast bar, double sinks, stainless steel appliances, microwave and dishwasher. Each bedroom has bed, desk and chair, dresser, private bathroom and walk-in closet. You can also lock your door for privacy. There's a nice swimming pool, gym and private off-street parking.
