We have 3 bedrooms open --it's ideal for students and young folks in their first jobs. ($700 per room, separate leases.)

Beautiful vinyl plank flooring, freshly painted walls and nice carpet in every bedroom. There are high ceilings and plenty of windows and light. Living room features a sleek, modern couch and loveseat and a large flat screen TV and a balcony.

The kitchen has a breakfast bar, double sinks, stainless steel appliances, microwave and dishwasher. Each bedroom has a bed, desk and chair, dresser, private bathroom and walk-in closet. You can also lock your door for privacy. There's a nice swimming pool, gym and private off-street parking.
