Private master suite in Converse Heights/Downtown Spartanburg. The house is located is walking distance from Cottonwood trail and community pool. Its 5 minutes from downtown. Safe and peaceful location. The suite is individual and is fully furnished, have a king bed, a couple closets, a walk-in closet, a large shower, large tub, private bathroom, wood flooring and large windows. The suite is individual (no couples at this time). Other common areas in the house are shared: Kitchen, dining and tv room, laundry, backyard, etc. You can bring your own TV for the bedroom. Parking Spot is available. You will have access to the backyard of the house which is fully fenced. Outside there is seating area, fire pit and 2 grills (charcoal and gas) available. Internet, electricity, water, and gas Utilities are all included on the rent monthly cost. You will not be paying utilities because it's included on the monthly rent.* Non refundable application fee is $45*
