House Share - Downtown by Balboa Park

Ideal for visiting faculty, this fully furnished room in a lovely downtown condo is close to beautiful Balboa Park and many neighborhood restaurants. Four to six month lease (+/-, flexible). You would be sharing with me, a mature female sales and marketing executive in the clean technology industry, who is UCSD alumni. For clarity, this is a share situation. I live in a 2 bedroom 2 bath condo and never use the second room. The rooms are at opposite ends of the unit so there is good privacy for us both. The complex has a pool, jacuzzi, workout room, remote office area, game room with pool table and cable, off street secure parking for 1 vehicle.

No smoking, no pets (sorry). I'm a self-confessed neat freak so similar would work best. Rent includes utility, wifi, garbage, water. The parking space is in a secure underground parking garage. Credit check required.
