• A minimum of two rental references is preferred.
• Once approved a $40 fee is required per adult to conduct credit/criminal/eviction report. The fee is $50 for out of state reports.
Once your application is turned in, we will check your landlord references, review your employment, and verify that your income is roughly 2.5 times the amount of rent.
Qualified applicants will be contacted when property is available to be view. A driver’s license is required to check out a key at that time. Please make sure key is returned to our offices within one hour of checking it out.
