House of Subtle: Shared Housing: Read Description

Subtle is a queer-friendly space created for LGBTQ+ individuals interested in communal or SHARED housing & affirmative living in Lancaster City, PA. Please DO NOT CALL US/show up unannounced. You will be removed from our list for being unable to follow instructions or read this ad completely. We begin with FREE PRE-SCREENS to be considered! If we proceed to move forward with you, the application is $45.

Lease for a single person in BEDROOM is available for six-month terms starting at $875 monthly room rentals, which include electric, water, gas, sewer, trash, washer and dryer, Wi-Fi, & fully furnished common areas. Subtle provides an open format, intentional designs, high ceilings, splashes of bold colors next to exposed brick walls, & mid-century touches.

First & last month's rent ($1,750), & a security deposit of $875 upon signing. Tobacco is permitted outside only. We encourage low to moderate usage of legal intoxicants.
