Subtle is a queer-friendly space created for LGBTQ+ individuals interested in communal or SHARED housing & affirmative living in Lancaster City, PA.

Leases for single persons in BEDROOM at six-month terms starting at $875 monthly room rentals which includes; electric, water, gas, sewer, trash, washer & dryer, wifi, & fully furnished common areas. Subtle provides an open format, intentional designs, and high ceilings, splashes of bold colors next to exposed brick walls, & mid-century touches.

First & last month's rent ($1,750), & a security deposit of $875 upon signing. We are a PET-FREE house of wellness. Tobacco is permitted outside only. We encourage low to moderate usage of legal intoxicants.
