The bedroom is spacious with a desk nook and walk in closet. The bathroom is right off the bedroom with a walk in rain shower.
This upstairs mother-in-law unit offers views and comfort. All utilities, cable TV and Wi-Fi included.
Washer/dryer is at the top of the entry stairs and shared with the gracious hosts in the main house. Space for two vehicles, parking is uncovered.

Costs: The $300 monthly utility fee covers all utilities, gas, electric, water, sewer, trash, plus streaming TV subscription, Wi-Fi, and landscaping.
