Welcome to Heritage Grove, your new home on the campus of FSU. Our student housing community is unlike anything you will find in the area. Built to the exacting standards of the university, energy efficient and offering all the amenities you expect from a quality apartment, Heritage Grove is meant to be a part of the overall college experience. You will NEVER be seen as just another apartment number or rent check. When you are here, you are home.

There are a number of things that make Heritage Grove special. An FSU exclusive apartment community, you must be registered as a student at the university to rent here. Living in one of our apartments, you will be surrounded by your peers and enjoy the true college lifestyle that every student wants. Most residential buildings have their own private clubhouse, and there is plenty of parking for you and your guests. These are your apartments, so you are free to have guests whenever you choose. And it is easy to get where you like to go from here, with both the Garnet & Gold bus and the Night Nole bus coming right to our community.

We are here to help with all your rental needs. Our attentive staff can answer all your questions, and you can submit maintenance requests online. You can even pay your rent online. We are also happy to help connect you with a roommate if you do not already have one. We also accept the Florida Pre-Paid Housing Program!
