Credit Score must be PLUS 650 Fico. Credit report must be without derogatory remarks**. 3. Applicants gross Income must be MORE THAN 2X rent. 4. Extensive Background check IS always performed 5. NO Cosigns or ITIN Accepted. 6. Last 3 months bank statements. 7. Last 3 pay/salary stubs, W2, Tax returns. Or IRA/Retirement Accounts. 8. Employment and landlord contact information is required, these will be called & emailed. 9. No leases greater than 12 months. DURING APPLICATION: 1. Complete in detail the online rental application for ALL adults. Incomplete application will not be processed. 2. Application fees are not refundable. 3. Application response can take 5 business days. 4. Cash, checks or money orders are not accepted. 5. NO COHABITATION.
