Gunston Garden Townhouse Condo Roommate

This posting is for a roommate not the whole condo. I have the master bedroom available in this 2BR, 1 Bath unit for move-in January 1, 2025. It has a big walk-in closet and windows on two sides. Your new roommate is a quiet, respectful, young professional. She works from home a few days a week, but mostly keeps to herself. We are looking for someone to take the place of the other roommate. No pets please, due to allergies. Application fee $60 and is non-refundable. Security deposit is one month's rent. Electric and internet run about $100 a month and are not included in rent. One year lease. Renter's insurance required. Condo has some furnishings but your room will be unfurnished.
In front of bus stops, and within 20 minutes from metro. Hardwood floors throughout. Washer and dryer and newer AC/heating units. Attic for storage space. The community offers pools, basketball, volleyball, and tennis courts, gym, and a car wash area. Shirlington is a short walk away.
