Pricing for Fall 2025/2026 Season:

$1,795 - Unrenovated 2 Bed / 1 Bath (Security deposit equal to one month’s rent)
$1895 - Renovated 1 Bed / 1 Bath (Security deposit equal to one month’s rent)

City of Davis utilities (water, sewer, and garbage) are included. Pets are negotiable with additional pet rent.
