A beautiful two bedroom, one bathroom apartment awaits your Duluth stay. Cozy, fully furnished, and recently remodeled with a brand new kitchen! As with all of our spaces, linens and towels and all necessary elements like pots and pans are included.

The large main bedroom features a Roku TV, and queen sized bed and ample storage. The second bedroom is set up as an office and has a futon for guests as well as ample storage. The living room also features a Roku TV, and plenty of games and puzzles to enjoy! The unit also comes with a washer/dryer combo machine for in unit laundry.

Located in Spirit Valley, just a quick freeway drive to the hospital district, and close to hiking trails, a dog park and other local parks. The neighborhood has two grocery stores to choose from as well as a drug store and many eateries.

This space has a full sized yard adjacent, which is perfect for your furry friend! Pets are welcome at no additional charge, we just ask that you clean up after them.
