Greenwich Court

We have one bedroom, two bedroom and three bedroom units with large spacious bedrooms and baths. All the apartments are fully furnished and well maintained by our courteous, on-site staff. Some units have expansive walk-in closets.  Students are in awe of the size of the rooms and the downtown convenience!

We are located directly above McLanahan’s Penn State Room and full service grocery on the corner of East College Avenue and Shortlidge Road / Garner Street.   A great hometown hangout, Sharkies, is located right around the corner and boasts two friendly neighborhood bars, seven of the best maintained pool tables and the largest selection of ice cold beer- to-go at their very large bottleshop.
