- no UD filings
- total household income at least $7500
- credit score 640 for at least one applicant
- must have some good verifiable rental history, no money owed to past landlords

Pets are accepted with additional refundable deposit; for most of dog breeds must have a proof of renter's insurance with liability coverage before move-in. For mid- and large-size dogs, additional rent $25/mo. For cats and small dogs, add'l rent $15/mo.
