This 3 bed/2 baths (2,519 sq. ft.), two story house has plenty of living and cooking space with modern, farm house décor Great natural light throughout, and abundant skylights. Great for entertaining or just relaxing. Reliable 4G internet included.

Handsome and modern kitchen with all the essentials needed for the most discerning chefs. Master retreat includes a large bedroom (king bed and seating), walk-in closet, and bath with walk-in shower, with French doors leading out to a glass covered patio. On the second floor you will find two more bedrooms (one queen, one twin with desk area).

Large laundry room with washer and dryer included. Off-street parking in the driveway.

The home does not have Central A/C, but does include A/C units in each room.

SHOWINGS are by video tour only to avoid disturbing our guest. Tours available when vacant.

Costs: $300 utility fee covers all utilities plus streaming TV subscription, Wi-Fi, trash and landscaping. In addition, there is a $350 non-refundable cleaning fee, a refundable security deposit equal to one month of rent, and a 3.5% monthly admin fee. Renters insurance required.

PETS One dog is allowed with an additional $100 cleaning fee (size and breed restrictions may apply). Cats are not allowed.

SMOKING is not allowed in or around this property. A $350 fee will be charged if there is smoking in the home.

TENANT PAID UTILITIES None outside of the $300 utility fee unless unless they are over reasonable amount (this amount is stated in the Rental Agreement)
