Quiet area but close to shopping, beach, Golf course and highway. 1.5 hour driving to Orlando airport. Close to everywhere but far from flood. High speed internet (ATT fiber) and utilities (water, electricity, trash) included. Renters need to take care of garbage and recycling schedule. No trailers. Pets case by case with additional fee. All occupants must fill out an application form in pdf and must be on lease. All adult occupants have to do background check if not on airbnb.
