Within walking distance to several hospitals, award winning restaurants, parks, bars and coffee shops and close to several grocery stores. The custom ladder to reach the loft bedroom is ONLY suitable for healthy, able bodied climbers & should be avoided by anyone with knee or ankle issues or over 250lbs.
Sleep in the comfort of a queen size memory foam mattress & primp in a quaint 1/2 bath. CAUTION if you're 5'10 or taller, the ceiling in this loft is on a slant and very low in the sitting area. If you can't climb the ladder, sleep on the lower level in the queen sofa bed with memory foam topper.
Electricity billed, other utilities included for 1 person, more than 1 $50/month pp increase to rent.
