Utilities included(water/electric/wifi) Room furnished with a full-size bed(bedding such as pillows/sheets not included), smart television, desk area/chair, refrigerator and window unit air conditioning. Parking is available for one vehicle. There are dogs on the property but separated from the room.
(No smoking inside property)

Requirements:
Rental for a single person only (no couples or children)
Income must be 3x rent monthly/Proof of income:(paystubs or bank statements)
Must provide Drivers License Move-in cost $1500; $750 first month and $750 refundable security deposit

About others on property:
One male and multiple rescue dogs on property(separated from room but have full-time access to backyard)Speaks english and spanish.
