Kitchen has stainless steel appliances included to use and access to laundry room upstairs . Property has a full full size pool near by if you like to swim and is great to relaxe and get some sun. Property is conveniently close to shopping, dinning, hospitals and not far from wiston salem. Great location for individuals in and out for work and socials. Looking for applicants which must have a steady income and work . I do my best to keep my place clean and cared for and looking for someone that would do the same. Background checks required for the room and securiy deposit. Utilities included in rent and heating and air conditioning .
