Renting updated and spacious furnished bedroom (new paint, overhead fan with light, in-room portable ac unit, mini fridge with freezer, sturdy furniture) in a quiet community in Hunter's Creek (pool home with water view, near Wetherbee & OBT; 32824 zip code).

Space is for single occupant, however, we're fine with overnight guests. Pets are welcome, too (preference for dogs that DO NOT bark excessively and caged creatures).

Street parking available, and there's no smoking within common areas (vaping is fine). Rent includes pool access and utilities (water, electricity, WiFi), use of garage-space gym, washer, and dryer.

Be organized and clean, and prepare to pitch in with cleaning common areas and bathroom (supplies and equipment provided).
