Furnished Room for rent

Duck It Homestead is a 5 acre farm in Woodland, WA and we have a private, SE facing furnished room for rent with shared kitchen and bathroom available. We have geese and assorted poultry we process on farm along with an orchard and multiple gardens. 50 MB/s WiFi, water, electric, garbage and recycling are included with rent. There is a shared fire pit, bbq, patio, commercial fridge and parking. Room 3 is on the 2nd floor and comes fully furnished with a smart TV. The homeowner and one roommate occupy the other two rooms on the second floor. We are an 8 min drive from I-5 and 25 min drive to Vancouver (30-35 during rush hour). We are not accepting pets at this time.
