Absolutely no dogs/drugs/kids/unemployed! Rooms are single room occupancy. Hello, I am looking for a roommate to rent a great room in the newly renovated 2nd floor of my home. The room is fully furnished with a twin bed, dresser, and desk. Amenities include shared bathroom, kitchen, grill, garage gym and laundry. ALL utilities included in rent. The home is located in a quiet neighborhood near I-25. This is a great location to walk, run, bike and is also near some great shopping. There are currently 2 cats and 2 humans(including myself) on the property. We both have active live styles and are up early in the mornings... this is not a party house.
