The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, silverware, bakeware, small appliances, etc. The living room has a couch and 50 inch smart tv. Each bedroom is furnished with a full sized bed, bedding, and towels and has its own secure lock. Located in the center of Idaho Falls off of John Adams and Woodruff. This is a short term, month to month rental. It can be leased out for as little as a few weeks, or as long as you need.

There will be a background and credit check on each tenant. Tenant must demonstrate a financially responsible background. No past evictions or felons. Absolutely no pets, smoking, vaping, e-cigarette use, etc. allowed.
