This is a fully furnished basement apartment in need of a mid-term resident (month to month lease). The unit includes a fully functioning kitchen with a fridge, pantry, microwave, hot plate and convection oven. There is a private parking space with private entrance. Rent is $1000 with a $150 monthly fee for utilities (including internet) this discounted rate is for the months of November and December 2024. Starting January 1st 2025 Rent will be $1200 plus the fee for utilities ($150). Deposit is $1000 plus first months rent totaling $2150. Deposit is due when the lease is signed. Included in the deposit is a non refundable cleaning fee of $300.

Applicants will need a screening/background check. If approved proof of renters insurance will be needed as well.
