Room 3, which includes an attached balcony, is available for rent until July 2025 (inclusive).

The room is fully furnished and equipped.

The house is located in the Allentown neighborhood, on a quiet street, close to shops and public transportation with quick access to downtown.

By renting the room, you will have the right to freely use the shared spaces and facilities of the house, except for the rooms rented by other tenants. The entire house is fully furnished and equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay.

As this is shared housing, the choice of tenant will be made at the discretion of the property manager, based on their assessment of suitability. Section 8 is not accepted, and no pets are allowed.

The rent is $600 per month, with utilities (electricity and water) to be paid according to the monthly bills, based on the number of tenants residing in the house during that month or part of it.

Smoking is not allowed inside the house.
