Furnished Condo: Large Primary Suite, Private Bath, ALL included

Hello, I am seeking a gay male housemate, responsible/good credit, clean/organized, respectful (I am 40s, healthy, very little drink/drugs, gay, and enjoy running). You get PRIMARY SUITE - FULL BATHROOM, plus the rest of the condo to yourself most of time. I live in NYC and will be coming to visit up to 7 days per month, using the GUEST bedroom/full Bathroom, as well as common areas).

$950 per month (ALL), including all utilities, internet/WIFI, and Netflix-Hulu with local channels. Your room is currently furnished, NEW 53" TV, and add a couple pieces if you like. This place works for someone on a long term project/contract job, or new to Orlando/just starting out, working from home, or what not.

Bonus: housekeeper comes by once a month to clean the floors, wash sheets, and bathrooms/kitchen (included too!).

Community is Wimbledon Centre Court; they have a large pool, gym, and tennis courts (all recently renovated), and it is gated - you get a reserved spot convenient to the condo.
