Furnished Carriage House in East West Asheville

Our furnished, private, and freestanding carriage house has water, electricity, and internet and is available month to month through the end of February. We have almost four hundred 5 star reviews on Airbnb. You are welcome to book through Airbnb by searching for the East West Nest in West Asheville. This will waive your need to pay a security deposit. All utilities are included as well as a once per week cleaning and linen change. We will provide potable water in 5 gallon jugs for as long as needed. The bedroom has a queen size memory foam mattress and the living room has a full size pull out couch w/foam topper. We have a coffee maker, electric tea kettle, microwave, countertop toaster oven/air fryer, two burner hot plate, large countertop oven, and mini fridge with small freezer. You'll have all necessary cookware, utensils, and plates you'll need. There's a smart TV in the living room with Hulu (no cable). Off street parking for 2 cars.
