House rules: be clean and respectful, clean after yourself, NO 420, NO drama.
Deposit: half of monthly rent
Require: 1 person renting ONLY, must pass background and income check, agree to sign 6 months to 12 months contract, income must be 3 times monthly rent, set up automatic payment, follow house rules…
