The living room is comfortable with overstuffed chairs and a couch. At night you’ll want to open the slider and listen to the waves while enjoying a favorite movie. The dining room table seats 6 with 2 stools at the counter. The kitchen has everything you’ll need to whip up a quick on-the-go meal or order in.

The master bedroom shares the same amazing view as the living room. With a king-size bed, plush chair, smart TV, access to the balcony, and an ensuite. You’ll never want to go home. The master bathroom has a bathtub/ shower.   The secondary bedroom is also oceanfront with balcony access, a queen bed, a smart TV, and an ensuite with a bathtub/ shower. The third bedroom has 2 twin beds. There is a hall bathroom with a bathtub/ shower. A full-size washer and dryer round out everything you could need to make your stay as easy as a beach day and as breezy as the winds from the ocean.

Quiet and residential, North Topsail Beach is close to shops, restaurants, and activities. You will only be a 10-minute drive from the closest grocery store (Food Lion) and 20 minutes to the center of Surf City where you will find many privately owned gift shops, restaurants, and attractions.

Check-in time is 4 pm, Guests may go directly to the property at or after 4 pm

Enhanced Cleaning: We follow the CDC cleaning guidelines to ensure that all high-touch areas have been wiped down and disinfected.

Guest Access: Keyless entry or Lockbox. Our properties are individually owned. Our guests will have use of the entire property.

A Valid Government Photo ID will be required for every reservation. A signed rental agreeent is required for every reservation.

Topsail Island is a 28-mile-long barrier island made up of marshes, estuaries, dunes, and shorelines.  Sandwiched between the Atlantic Ocean and the Intercoastal Waterway, Tops’l as the locals call it is home to several fishing piers including the Seaview Fishing Pier; 875 feet of planks were used to construct this pier which is the longest pier on the North Carolina coast. Privately owned shops, restaurants, and attractions abound on Topsail as well as the neighboring mainland towns. Learn the history of Topsail at the Missiles and More Museum and understand how to be a good steward of the sea at the Touch Tank Aquarium in Surf City and the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Rescue & Rehabilitation Center.
