Only minutes from Surf City with its restaurants and shops or hop over the bridge for the closest grocery stores and more dining, shopping, and activity options.

The home is open and airy. A great space for your family. The living room is also a game area with a bar counter with a cut-through to the kitchen so the cook doesn't miss out on any of the fun. The beautiful kitchen is equipped with a gas cooktop, a wall oven with built-in microwave.

On the first floor is the primary bedroom has a king-size bed with TV and a large ensuite bathroom with both a step-in shower and bathtub. The queen bedroom has a lovely brass bed and an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub/ shower. Both rooms have access to the first-floor deck.

On the second floor, there are the 2 bunk bedrooms that have Pyramid bunks which are twin mattresses over a full. These 2 bedrooms share a hall bathroom with a bathtub/ shower. The laundry room has a stacked washer and dryer in the half bath. There is also a loft area, perfect to send the kids up to watch TV or just get away from it all, or make it your at-home workspace.
