Looking for someone with common sense, good hygiene, who is clean, respectful, drama free, and easy to get along with. We are open minded, down to earth, we value diversity and inclusion, and would like someone who is the same with a good sense of humor.

Rent is 750 a month + 500 deposit.
All utilities and several streaming services included. Full access to common areas. Food and personal items are not included. Lease is month to month with a 30 day notice from either party.
