Property is located on 30 acres with one other cabin on the property. The driveway is shared but there are separate ponds for each cabin and areas. Cabin is fully renovated with high end finishes and appliances. There is a small bedroom on the first floor and one full bathroom. There are two lofts that are only accessible by ladder. There is small garage for storage but not accessible for cars. There is a small area for a home office. Property is fully furnished including kitchen supplies. linens and towels. Electric, internet (starlink), lawn care, snow removal, and garbage is included. Heat/AC is propane and responsibility of resident to refill propane tank as needed (Holland Propane). The propane currently in tank is provided as a courtesy at move in.
