This home is a SHORT/MEDIUM TERM RENTAL available for monthly rental only (4 months or longer, but no year long leases). THE MONTHLY RENT IS NEGOTIABLE.THE LONGER YOU RENT, THE BETTER WE CAN DO ON THE MONTHLY RENT RATE. The total rent is due in full prior to the start of the rental period. The security deposit amount is in addition to monthly rent amount and is fully refundable if there is no damage to the property.
