We have single rooms for lease in shared housing with students, and 1-5 bedroom whole units for students to get together and lease with their friends. Rooms range from $1050 per month and up and Studio and 1 bedroom Apt $1850 and up. 9-12 month leases available with short term summer sublets for interns coming to the area. All options close to Ringling College of Art and Design, New College of Florida, USF Sarasota Manatee, Mote Marine, Sun Hydraulics, The Asolo, and others. All units less than 5 miles from downtown Sarasota.

We offer individual leases so that everyone in the home is protected with their own contract and not their housemates. Students can live with their friends and peers without the worry of being legally and financially tied to others on the same lease.
