We have been a full-service, fully-staffed, dorm alternative student housing company for almost 20 years. Serving students and our community is important to us. In an effort to make our housing as accessible as possible, a limited number of rental rate spaces may be negotiable in the case of student financial constraints. However, please understand that our rental rates in general are not negotiable and our intention is to make this option available only to the few, select students who may most need it. Please feel free to inquire about that option if this may apply and acceptance and availability will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
