I have a full basement with one room, full kitchen, full bath, walk out to a fenced back yard. New gas stove. I m looking for either one girl, two girls or a couple price for one person, will be 1200$ for 2 people, will be 1300$ . I m seeking non smokers or drinkers, drama free, responsible person who can pay bills on time with drama free. No parties . Rent is 1200$ for one person or 1300 $ for 2 people due every 1 st of the month Deposit is1200 $ paid upfront with the first month.Absolutely no pets . No exception.Background check required. Tenant have to be mindful of utility usage especially electricity or other fee will apply.
