Cost: $45 application fee, $300 2-week holding deposit (applied to security deposit upon move in)
Screening Criteria: Verified income of 3x monthly rent, a credit score of 650 or higher, no open bankruptcies, no past landlord-tenant disputes with judgment in favor of the landlord, no evictions in the last 7 years. (Applicants who do not meet these criteria may be accepted on a case-by-case basis with a qualifying Cosigner/Guarantor or an increased deposit.)
