**31-night min. Camp Pendleton is located less than eight minutes from property. Owner pays up to $100 in utilities. Pet fees apply. We work with insurance/relocation companies. Price is based on a one-year lease. For shorter leases, pricing is seasonal and subject to change. If applied, all tenants must adhere to HOA CCR guidelines.All HOA CCR's will be provided. Prospective tenants will need a lease agreement and a credit-based security deposit.
