Female Roommate needed

Want one female house-mate.
The 4 bedroom and 2 and half bathroom house will be occupied only by 3 people including retired female owner. Room is Fully furnished, and also can use family room practically alone since another roommate uses two rooms alone, and the owner uses master bedroom and living room. A tenant will occupy a 330sf room and use family room practically alone at $1,000.00 including utility bill.

If you work at home office, I will charge extra $100.00 for extra utility bill.

Even though you will share the bathroom with one current roommate, there is a half bathroom at down stair that you can use practically alone.

There are four medical universities within 6 miles. Working distance to one hospital, Supermarket Rastelli, Target and Promenade Open Shopping Center. Churches, Pubs, Sports bar, Movie theater within 5 minutes.

Friendly and nice neighbors. Year around beautiful flower garden at the back yard.

Free Wi-Fi. No pets,. No drug. No smoke. No overnight guest and/or boyfriend.
