Owner looking to rent his extra room to seasonal workers/temporary stays/open to longer. I work full time and I am usually gone on weekends. My dog stays there during the day when I am at work but she is extremely well behaved and quiet. This is a 420 friendly property. I am looking for people who need a room over their head in a good location that keep to themselves and don't party 24/7. Owner is 36yr old male, cooking, fishing, beach, video games, full time job.

Includes washing machine, ac, wifi(5g hot spot) furnished (full bed dresser and smart tv) tankless water heater for unlimited hotwater. BE AWARE GAS STOVE!! Park has a pool, nice quiet neighborhood. All ages park. 3 miles to the beach, close to target and Publix. ***Currently looking to upgrade the stove ASAP***
