The rental rate is for the period from June 7, 2025 - June 16, 2025.

This 1867 meticulously renovated farmhouse with its wrap around porch is particularly fabulous in June. 134 acre farm, two ponds for fishing and swimming, many hiking trails, treehouse with deck, unlimited natural spring water and fresh eggs daily. Erect a tent to host a party (unlimited parking) or decompress in a comfortable country atmosphere with total privacy after a frenetic day at the Club. The home can comfortably accommodate up to 7. There is a king master ensuite, a queen bedroom, two bedrooms with double beds, and a full pull-out couch in the den, plus an additional two full baths and a half bath. Helicopter landing ready. Homeowner will take on role of "farm liaison" during the stay, if desired, to handle outside chores, cooking, catering needs, etc... in short, to ensure that all tenant's wants and needs will exceed expectations.

All restaurants less than ten mile from the farm; 1844 Restaurant, Nation Public House, Cicero's, Ryan's Creek House, Garda's Italian, Frankie's on 2nd, plus two grocery stores.
